1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Spain, Europe, and selected international destinations worldwide.

Please note that we may restrict or refuse shipment to certain destinations at any time if shipping services are unavailable, unreliable, excessively costly, or subject to customs, legal, or operational limitations. 2. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to review, prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, launches, holidays, or in cases of unusually high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the service selected at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly indicated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may not be able to issue a refund for the original shipping charge, and any reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.

8. Lost, delayed, or marked-as-delivered shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at pablo@itsdonstudio.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We may request that you first check:

  • the shipping confirmation and tracking link;
  • your delivery address;
  • safe places or building reception;
  • neighbors or household members.

Any resolution will depend on the circumstances and the carrier’s investigation process.

9. Damaged parcels or shipping issues

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if the item inside appears damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the outer packaging;
  • clear photos of the item and any damage.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law.
